多学科协作诊疗模式在公立医院行政管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of the Multidisciplinary Collaborative Diagnosis and Treatment Model in the Administrative Management of Public Hospitals

多学科协作诊疗模式以患者为中心,通过组织学科专家进一步探讨分析患者病情,共同制订治疗方案,以得到最佳预后诊疗模式。这一模式专业决定治疗方案局面,为患者提供正确的决策,以便更好地诊疗。本文主要针对多学科协作诊疗模式在公立医院行政管理中的应用进行深入分析,先阐述多学科协作诊疗(multi disciplinary team,MDT)模式在临床诊疗方面的优势和推广全覆盖MDT的必要性,然后又提出了几点切实可行的应用,主要包括事件立项、成立MDT项目小组、合理制订方案、形成模式、工作流程、总结汇报,进而以便实现公立医院行政管理,提升管理水平。

The multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model takes the patient as the center,through the organization of subject experts to further discuss and analyze the patient's condition,and jointly develop the treatment plan,in order to get the best prognosis diagnosis and treatment model.This model specifically determines the treatment situation and provides patients with the right decisions for better treatment.This paper analyzes the application of multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in the administrative management of public hospitals in depth.First,the advantages of the model of multi disciplinary team(MDT)in clinical diagnosis and treatment and the necessity of promoting full coverage MDT are expounded.And then put forward several practical applications,including event project approval,the establishment of MDT project team,reasonable formulation of plans,the formation of patterns,work flow,summary report,so as to achieve public hospital administrative management,improve management level.
