健康管理与沟通在老年肺癌患者保健中的应用

Application of Health Management and Communication in the Care of Elderly Patients With Lung Cancer

目的探讨老年肺癌患者在健康管理和沟通方式干预下的应用效果,为后期老年肺癌的临床治疗提供相应参考。方法研究将2022年1—6月赤峰市医院肿瘤内科收治的30例老年肺癌患者设为参照组,将2022年7—12月医院接诊的30例老年肺癌患者设为研究组。参照组采用健康管理措施,以此为护理基础,给予研究组患者沟通护理。对比两组患者疼痛状况、负面情绪、生活质量改善情况及其健康促进行为。结果护理前两组焦虑(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、疼痛(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分、生活质量量表(european organization for research and treatment of cancer,QLQ-C30)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后SAS、SDS、NRS评分低于参照组,QLQ-C30评分和健康促进行为(health promoting lifestyle profile,HPLP)评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论此次研究结果符合《老年肺癌外科治疗中国专家共识(2022版)》中的相关内容,且老年肺癌患者采用健康管理与沟通护理后,既可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪与癌性疼痛症状,还可以促进患者的健康行为,改善患者生活质量,提升患者对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of health management and communication in elderly patients with lung cancer,and to provide reference for the later clinical treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 30 elderly patients with lung cancer admitted to the department of oncology of Chifeng Hospital from January to June 2022 were set as the reference group,and 30 elderly patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July to December 2022 were set as the study group.The reference group took health management measures as the basis of nursing,and gave patients in the study group communication and nursing.The pain status,negative emotions,improvement of quality of life and health promotion behavior of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The first two nursing groups were self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and numerical rating scale(NRS),european organization for research and treatment of cancer(QLQ-C30)score was not significant(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS and NRS scores in study group were significantly lower than those in reference group,while QLQ-C30 scores and health promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP)scores in study group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study are in line with the relevant contents of the"Chinese Expert Consensus on Surgical Treatment of elderly lung Cancer(2022 edition)",and the adoption of health management and communication nursing for elderly lung cancer patients can not only reduce patients'anxiety,depression and cancer pain symptoms,but also promote patients'health behavior,improve patients'quality of life,and enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
