摘要
党的二十大报告中强调完善科技创新体系,提升国家创新体系整体效能,对国家创新体系建设提出更高要求。通过对现有研究梳理发现学者从国家创新体系内涵、框架结构、主体作用、创新绩效以及影响因素等方面对国家创新体系展开研究,并取得众多成果。未来的研究应更多考虑国际间创新要素流动在国家创新体系中的影响,同时在创新绩效及影响因素研究中需建立更为合理的综合评价体系。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the improvement of the scientific and technological innovation system,improves the overall efficiency of the national innovation system,and puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the national innovation system.Through the combing of existing research,it is found that scholars have carried out research on the national innovation system from the aspects of connotation,framework structure,main role,innovation performance and influencing factors,and achieved many results.Future research should give more consideration to the impact of international innovation factor flow in the national innovation system,and establish a more reasonable comprehensive evaluation system in the study of innovation performance and influencing factors.
