摘要
高职院校服务乡村振兴的落脚点之一是提供技术服务,二是培养懂农爱农的高素质技能人才。要达成该目标,不能单靠碎片化的技术服务项目和实践项目,而是要从人培模式和激励保障入手,激发全体师生的服务意识和内动力,在人才培养过程中实现大范围、长期化的三农服务。广州南洋理工职业学院通过构建协同式育人模式、树立综合化培养目标、建设双轨制课程体系、制定多元化考核机制、实行扁平化管理策略等一系列改革实践,有效提升了院校师生的服务意识和服务质量,为高职院校服务乡村振兴提供了可持续、可复制的路径。
One of the footholds of vocational colleges and universities in serving rural revitalization is to provide technical services,and the second is to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel who understand agriculture and love agriculture.To achieve this goal,we cannot rely solely on fragmented technical service projects and practical projects,but start from the human training model and incentive guarantee,stimulate the service awareness and internal motivation of all teachers and students,and achieve large-scale and long-term rural services in the process of talent training.Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic Vocational College has effectively improved the service awareness and service quality of teachers and students through a series of reform practices such as building a collaborative education model,establishing comprehensive training goals,building a dual-track curriculum system,formulating a diversified assessment mechanism,and implementing a flat management strategy,and providing a sustainable and replicable path for vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization.
