摘要
针对某供水隧洞TBM施工过程中穿越蚀变岩段出现的塌方问题,分析塌方段的地质条件和塌方体特征,揭示隧洞塌方段的形成原因。隧洞塌方段拟采用双拼拱架+锁脚锚杆+喷射混凝土封闭围岩+分层注浆回填的综合控制技术进行处治,并在上述塌方体特征和塌方原因分析的基础上,采用塌方发生—处治过程综合数值模拟的方法验证了塌方处治措施的可行性和可靠性。处治效果表明,该综合处治技术可行,可使TBM施工快速、稳定通过塌方段,可供类似工况的TBM施工塌方段处治技术参考。
The geological conditions of the collapsed section and the characteristics of the collapsed body is analyzed,and the reasons for the formation of the collapsed section is revealed,in terms of the collapse problem occurred in the TBM construction of a water supply tunnel through altered rock.The collapsed section of the tunnel is proposed to be treated by the integrated control technology of double-jointed arch+locking anchor+shotcrete closure of the surrounding rock+layered slurry backfill.Based on the above analysis of the characteristics of the collapsed body and the causes of the collapse,a comprehensive numerical simulation of the collapse occurrence-treatment process is used to verify the feasibility and reliability of the collapse treatment measures.The treatment effect shows that the comprehensive treatment technology is feasible,which can enable TBM construction to quickly and stably pass through the collapse section,and can provide a reference for the treatment technology of similar working conditions in TBM construction collapse sections.
