饲粮添加发酵豆粕对母猪生产性能、仔猪抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究妊娠和泌乳期母猪饲粮中添加不同水平的发酵豆粕对母猪生产性能、仔猪机体抗氧化能力的影响。选用体重(120±15)kg、健康的“长×大”母猪60头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组母猪饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别使用4%、8%、12%发酵豆粕替代基础日粮中普通豆粕。试验期分妊娠(114 d)和泌乳(28 d)两阶段。结果显示,与对照组相比,各发酵豆粕处理组仔猪的平均断奶窝重、断奶窝增重极显著提高(P<0.01);各发酵豆粕处理组的母猪采食量均有提高,且12%处理组母猪饲料成本极显著升高(P<0.01),断奶窝增重的饲料成本显著降低(P<0.05)。12%处理组仔猪血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加12%发酵豆粕可以提高母猪的生产性能,增强仔猪机体抗氧化能力,降低饲料成本。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of different levels of fermented soybean meal in diets of gestation and lactation sows on production performance of sows and antioxidant capacity of piglets.Sixty healthy'Landrace×Yorkshire'sows with body weight of(120±15)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group.Sows in control group were fed with basic diet,and sows in treatment group were fed 4%,8%and 12%fermented soybean meal instead of common soybean meal in the basic diet,respectively.The experimental period was divided into two stages:Pregnancy(114 d)and lactation(28 d).The results showed that compared with control group,the average weaning litter weight and weaning litter gain of piglets in fermented soybean meal treatment group were extremely increased(P<0.01),the feed intake of sows in fermented soybean meal treatment group was increased,and the feed cost of sows in 12%treatment group was extremely increased(P<0.01).The feed cost of weaning litter with weight gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum SOD activity of piglets in 12%treatment group was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05),and GSH-Px and T-AOC of piglets in 12%treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that 12%fermented soybean meal can improve the production performance of sows,increase the antioxidant capacity of piglets,and reduce the feed cost.
