农作物秸秆饲料开发利用技术及在动物生产中的应用

Development and utilization technology of crop straw feed and its application in animal production

我国农作物秸秆资源量大,秸秆饲料化是提高秸秆利用价值的重要方式之一。秸秆经物理、化学、生物方法处理后,能够提高其营养价值、适口性及利用率。合理开发秸秆饲料资源能够改善动物的生长性能、免疫功能、肠道菌群,提高养殖经济效益。目前秸秆加工技术已取得阶段性进步。因此,文章综述了秸秆的营养价值、饲料化处理技术以及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为秸秆饲料化利用提供参考。

Straw resources are large in China,straw feed is one of the important means to improve the utilization value.After physical,chemical and biological treatment,the nutritional value and palatability of straw can be greatly improved,and the utilization rate of straw can be improved.Rational development of straw feed resources can improve the growth performance,immune function,intestinal flora of animals,improve the economic benefits of breeding.At present,the straw processing technology has made a stage of progress.Therefore,the paper reviews the nutritional value of straw,feed processing technology and its application in animals,in order to provide a reference for straw feed utilization.
