摘要
目的研究PDCA管理联合定期考核在提高妇产科护士护理能力中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月于中山市南头广济医院妇产科工作的护士25名为基础组,实行基础护理管理;选取2022年1—12月本院妇产科工作的护士25名为联合组,实行PDCA管理联合定期考核。比较两组护士的考核成绩、护理能力、对管理工作满意率及患者管理满意率。结果联合组护士的考核成绩、护士护理能力、管理工作满意率均比基础组更高,且患者管理满意率也较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院妇产科管理时,PDCA管理联合定期考核管理效果更高,能够拓展护士妇产科理论认知,培养其护理能力,提高管理工作满意率和患者管理满意率。
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA management combined with regular assessment in improving the nursing ability of obstetrics and gynecology nurses.Methods A total of 25 nurses working in the obstetrics and Gynecology department of Nantou Guangji Hospital of Zhongshan City from January to December 2021 were selected as the basic group to implement basic nursing management;From January to December 2022,25 nurses working in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the joint group,and the PDCA management joint regular assessment was carried out.The assessment results,nursing ability,satisfaction rate of management and satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment scores,nursing ability and satisfaction rate of management of nurses in the combination group were higher than those in the basic group,and the satisfaction rate of patients´management was also higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital,PDCA management effect is higher,which can expand nurses´cognition of obstetrics and gynecology theory,cultivate their nursing ability,and improve the satisfaction rate of management and patient management.
