风险管理在脑病科护理管理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Risk Management in Nursing Management in the Department of Encephalopathy

目的探究风险管理在脑病科护理管理中的作用。方法选取淄博中西医结合医院2020年1月—2022年12月的50名医护人员作为研究对象,依据抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25名,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施风险管理,对比两组的服务满意度、不良事件发生率、医护人员综合素质及管理质量。结果观察组的服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的医护人员综合素质评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑病科护理管理中应用风险管理,对医护人员综合素质的提升有一定促进效果,同时,可以提高服务满意度、管理质量,减少不良事件发生。

Objective To explore the role of risk management in nursing management in the Department of encephalopathy.Methods 50 cases of medical staff in Zibo Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given risk management.The service satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,comprehensive quality of medical staff and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The service satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive quality score of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management of the Department of encephalopathy has a certain promoting effect on the improvement of the comprehensive quality of medical staff.At the same time,it can improve the service satisfaction,management quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
