业务流程管理理念对提升中医骨科护理管理工作效率及安全性研究

Study of Business Process Management Concept on Improving Efficiency and Safety of Orthopedic Care Management in Chinese Medicine

目的分析业务流程管理理念在中医骨科护理管理中的应用对工作效率及安全性的影响。方法选取衡阳市中医医院骨科14名中医骨科护理人员作为研究对象,2022年1—6月实施常规护理管理模式为实施前,2022年7—12月实施业务流程管理理念为实施后。对比实施前后护理安全质量、护理人员专业水平、操作评分及临床护理风险事件发生率。结果实施后护理安全质量评分明显高于实施前,实施后护理人员基础护理、技术操作、健康指导和护理记录评分高于实施前,实施后护理人员各项操作评分均高于实施前,实施后患者临床护理风险事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论业务流程管理理念的落实能有效提升护理安全质量和护理人员的专业能力与水平,可提升护理人员各项操作专业性,降低患者临床护理中风险事件的发生率。

Objective To analyze the impact of the application of business process management concept in Chinese medicine orthopedic nursing management on work efficiency and safety.Methods Fourteen Chinese medicine orthopedic nursing staff from the Department of Orthopedics,Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.The conventional nursing management model was implemented from January to June 2022 as before the implementation.The business process management concept was implemented from July to December 2022 as after the implementation.The nursing safety quality,professional level of nursing staff,operation score and incidence of clinical nursing risk events before and after the implementation were compared.Results Nursing safety quality scores after implementation were significantly higher than before implementation,the scores of nursing staff carrying out basic nursing care,technical operations,health guidance and nursing records after implementation were higher than before implementation,all operation scores of nursing staff after implementation were higher than before implementation,the incidence of clinical nursing risk events in patients after implementation was lower than that before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the business process management concept can effectively improve the quality of nursing safety and the professional competence and level of nursing staff,can enhance the professionalism of nursing staff in all operations and reduce the incidence of risk events in patient clinical care.
