卫生援疆人才参与医院管理的现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Health Support to Xinjiang Talents Participating in Hospital Management

帮助受援地提高医院管理水平是卫生援疆工作的重要内容。另外医疗优秀人才“组团式”援疆是党中央治理边疆、稳定边疆的一项重要决策,自从该项工作实施以来,在中国共产党、市政府等相关机构的指导下,济宁市皮肤病防治院积极参与,统筹协同,帮扶效果取得受援地区的认可与肯定。本文通过分析卫生援疆人才参与受援地医院管理的形式、取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出参与受援地医院管理、提高管理水平的对策建议。

Helping the recipient places to improve hospital management is an important part of health support work in Xinjiang.In addition,it is an important decision of the Party Central Committee to assist Xinjiang with medical talents in groups to govern and stabilize the frontier.Since the implementation of this work,under the guidance of the Communist Party of China,the municipal government and other relevant institutions,Jining Dermatology Hospital has actively participated and coordinated,and the effect of assistance has been recognized and affirmed by the recipient areas.This paper analyzes the forms,achievements and problems of the participation of health support to Xinjiang talents in the hospital management of the recipient areas,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for participating in the hospital management of the recipient areas and improving the management level.
