柔性管理在缓解骨科护士职业压力中的作用分析

Role of Flexible Management in Relieving Occupational Stress of Orthopedic Nurses

目的探讨柔性管理的开展对于缓解骨科护士职业压力的影响。方法选取2020年4月—2022年3月期间于聊城市第三人民医院骨科工作的29名护士作为研究对象,依据时间分为实施柔性管理前(2020年4月—2021年3月)、实施柔性管理后(2021年4月—2022年3月),针对骨科护士的职业压力水平、职业倦怠情况、骨科护理管理质量进行评价。结果柔性管理后的职业压力水平低于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。柔性管理后的情感耗竭、去人格化评分低于柔性管理前,个人成就感评分高于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。柔性管理后的骨科护理管理质量优于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理的开展可以有效缓解骨科护士的职业压力,让护士以良好的身心状态投入于护理工作中,对于提高骨科护理质量也有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the influence of flexible management on relieving the occupational stress of orthopedic nurses.Methods 29 nurses working in the orthopaedics department of the Third People´s Hospital of Liaocheng City from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the time,they were divided into before the implementation of flexible management(April 2020 to March 2021)and after the implementation of flexible management(April 2021 to March 2022).The level of occupational stress,job burnout and the quality of orthopaedic nursing management of orthopaedic nurses were evaluated.Results The occupational stress level after flexible management was lower than before flexible management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization scores after flexible management were lower than before,and the personal achievement scores were higher than before flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of orthopedic nursing management after flexible management was better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flexible management can effectively alleviate the occupational pressure of orthopedic nurses,allowing them to engage in nursing work in a good physical and mental state,and has a positive impact on improving the quality of orthopedic nursing.
