PACS联合PDCA在放射科质量管理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of PACS Combined with PDCA in Quality Management of Radiology Department

目的讨论在放射科质量管理中应用医学影像信息系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)和PDCA的价值,并对其应用效果进行研究。方法选择2021年11月—2022年11月期间在青岛滨海学院附属医院放射科任职的12名工作人员,以不同管理方式分为对照组和研究组,各6名。对照组采用常规管理,研究组采用PACS和PDCA联合管理,对比两组检查结果不合格率以及工作人员工作质量评分和工作满意度。结果研究组DR检查结果不合格率为1.00%,低于对照组的5.98%,CT检查结果不合格率为1.01%,低于对照组的6.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作人员计划制订、质量管控、质量检测和护患沟通评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作人员工作满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PACS和PDCA在放射科质量管理中有较大应用价值,能够减少检查结果不合格现象,提高人员工作质量和满意度。

Objective To discusses the value of applying picture archiving and communication system(PACS)and PDCA in the quality management of radiology department,and studies their application effects.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,12 staff working in the Radiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Binhai University were selected and divided into the control group and the research group in different management modes,6 in each group.The control group used routine management,while the research group used a combination of PACS and PDCA management to compare the failure rate of inspection results,as well as the work quality score and job satisfaction of the staff between the two groups.Results The unqualified rate of DR examination results among the research group staff was 1.00%,lower than 5.98%of the control group,and the unqualified rate of CT examination results was 1.01%,lower than 6.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group´s staff scored higher than the control group in terms of planning,quality control,quality testing,and nurse patient communication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the research group staff was 100.00%,higher than the 33.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PACS and PDCA have great application value in the quality management of radiology,which can reduce the phenomenon of unqualified inspection results and improve the quality and satisfaction of personnel´s work.
