精细化管理在指导内分泌护士正确使用胰岛素泵中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Refined Management in Guiding Endocrine Nurses to Use Insulin Pump Correctly

目的对精细化管理影响内分泌护士正确使用胰岛素泵的效果进行研究。方法选择2022年4—12月期间任职于山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院神经内分泌一科的22名内分泌护士为研究对象,以2022年8月为时间节点,2022年4—7月期间行常规管理,2022年8—12月期间行精细化管理,对比两种管理模式下护理人员使用胰岛素泵的能力、对胰岛素泵的认知水平、护理人员管理满意度。结果管理后,护理人员各方面使用胰岛素泵的能力均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员对胰岛素泵的认知水平各方面均较管理前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员管理满意度为95.45%,高于管理前的63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理针对内分泌护士效果明显,可有效提高护理人员使用胰岛素的能力和对胰岛素泵的认知水平,护理人员满意度较高。

Objective To study the effect of refined management on the correct use of insulin pump by endocrine nurses.Methods A total of 22 endocrine nurses working in the Department of Neuroendocrinology,Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from April to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.With August 2022 as the time node,routine management was administered from April to July 2022,and refined management was administered from August to December 2022.The ability of using insulin pump,cognition level of insulin pump and management satisfaction of nursing staff were compared under the two management modes.Results After management,the ability of nurses to use insulin pump in all aspects was higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the cognition level of the nurses on insulin pump was significantly improved compared with that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff after management was 95.45%,higher than 63.64%before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management has obvious effect on endocrine nurses,and can effectively improve the ability of nurses to use insulin and the cognition level of insulin pump,and the satisfaction of nurses is high.
