在神经科护理质量管理中应用护理风险管理的价值

The Value of Applying Nursing Risk Management in Neurology Nursing Quality Management

目的分析应用护理风险管理措施对神经科临床护理质量的管理价值,及对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月寿光市人民医院神经内科护士40名为研究对象,以不同管理方式分为对照组、研究组,各20名。对照组予以常规护理质量管理,研究组在对照组基础上予以护理风险管理。分析不同护理管理模式下护士护理质量评分、交接班量表评分、护理风险评分,护理工作合格率及差错发生率。结果管理后,研究组手卫生、专科操作规范、管道管理、临床消毒、危重症管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,研究组交班效率、工作协作/责任、合作安全、患者信息交接评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,研究组临床卫生安全、并发症管理、疾病管理、治疗管理风险评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理工作合格率高于对照组,且护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经科临床护理质量管理中联合开展护理风险管理,可积极优化护士专科护理能力,实现对各环节护理实施质量的积极提升,合理规避护理差错风险。

Objective To analyze the value of nursing risk management measures applied to clinical nursing quality management in neurology and the impact on patient care satisfaction.Methods 40 nurses from Neurology of Shouguang People´s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the nurses were divided into control group and study group according to the different management method,with 20 in each group.The control group received routine nursing quality management,while the study group received nursing risk management based on the control group.Analyzed the nursing quality score,shift handover scale score,nursing risk score,nursing work qualification rate,and error occurrence rate of nurses under different nursing management modes.Results After management,the quality scores of hand hygiene,specialized operating standards,pipeline management,clinical disinfection,and critical care management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the study group´s shift handover efficiency,work collaboration/responsibility,cooperative safety,and patient information handover scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the clinical health and safety,complication management,disease management,and treatment management risk scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualification rate of nursing work in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of nursing errors was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint implementation of nursing risk management in clinical nursing quality management in neurology can actively optimize nurses´specialty nursing competence,achieve positive improvement of the quality of nursing implementation in all aspects,and reasonably avoid the risk of nursing errors.
