外科护士交接班管理中SBAR沟通模式的应用价值

摘要 目的分析外科护士交接班管理中标准化医护沟通模式(situation-现状、background-背景、assessment-评估、recommendation-建议,SBAR)的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院甲乳外科的20名护士为研究对象,在2021年1月—2022年1月期间于交接班中采取常规管理方式为管理前,在2022年2月—2023年1月期间于交接班中采取SBAR沟通模式为管理后,比较管理前后护士的交接班效果、工作差错等情况。结果管理后护士的有效沟通、病情识别、工作压力、护理延迟、工作效率评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护士的工作差错发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护士的沟通质量评估中,管理后护士的各项沟通质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科护士交接班管理中,采取SBAR沟通模式可以提升沟通效率,正确并快速地完成工作情况的交接,同时也能够为接班护士临床护理工作的展开提供有效参考,减少了工作差错。 Objective To analyze the application value of standardized medical communication modes(situationstatus,background-background,assessment-evaluation,recommendation-recommendation,SBAR)in the shift management of surgical nurses Methods Twenty nurses from the Nail-breast Surgery Department of Shandong Nursing and Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Conventional management methods was adopted during the transition period from January 2021 to January 2022,was set as before management During the period from February 2022 to January 2023,the SBAR communication mode was adopted,and set as the after management,the nurses´shift handover effect and work errors before and after the management were compared.Results After management,the scores of effective communication,disease recognition,work pressure,nursing delay and work efficiency of nurses were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work error rate of nurses after management was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication quality of nurses after management were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the shift management of surgical nurses,the adoption of SBAR communication mode can improve the communication efficiency,correctly and quickly complete the handover of work conditions,and also provide an effective reference for the development of clinical nursing work of successor nurses,reducing work errors.
