摘要
目的分析基于PDCA模式在基层卫生院人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法潍坊市寒亭区朱里街道河滩卫生院自2022年1—12月期间将PDCA模式用于人力资源管理中,另外将2021年1—12月期间人力资源管理中采取常规管理作为对照。选取本院工作的50名医务人员,比较实施PDCA模式前后基层卫生院医务人员对人力资源管理条目认知评分。结果相较于实施PDCA模式之前,实施PDCA模式后卫生院医务人员对人力资源管理条目认知评分明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA模式在基层卫生院人力资源管理中有着极高的应用价值,可确保基层卫生院良好发展。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA mode in the human resource management of primary health centers.Methods Hetan Health Center of Zhuli Street,Hanting District,Weifang used PDCA mode in human resource management from January to December 2022,and took the conventional management in human resource management from January to December 2021 as a control.Fifty medical staff working in our hospital were selected to compare the cognitive scores of medical staff in primary health centers on human resource management items before and after the implementation of PDCA mode.Results Compared with before the implementation of PDCA mode,the cognitive score of medical staff in health centers on human resource management items after the implementation of PDCA mode was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA based mode has a high application value in the human resource management of primary health centers,which can ensure the good development of primary health centers.
