中医护理绩效管理模式探讨

摘要 目的探究护理绩效管理模式在中医临床中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月就职于竹溪县人民医院中医康复科的20名护理人员,按照入职时间先后顺序将其分为参照组10名和观察组10名,给予参照组人员常规管理,予以观察组绩效管理,比较两组理论与技术考核、管理评分和绩效考核评分、管理满意度、不良事件发生率、工作积极性和配合度情况。结果观察组护理人员的理论与技术考核成绩明显高于参照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的管理质量评分、绩效考核评分均高于参照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对管理的满意度高于参照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员不良事件发生率低于参照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员工作积极性、配合度评分均高于参照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将绩效管理应用于中医临床护理中,可以提高护理人员理论知识、专业技能掌握情况、管理工作质量、工作积极性及配合度,提升其护理工作的效率以及绩效情况,值得临床使用。 Objective To investigate the application value of nursing performance management model in Chinese medicine clinic.Methods Twenty nursing staff who were employed in the Department of TCM Rehabilitation of Zhuxi People´s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into 10 in the reference group and 10 in the observation group according to the order of their entry time.The nursing staff in the reference group were given routine management and the observation group were given performance management.The theoretical and technical assessment,management score and performance assessment score,management satisfaction,adverse event rate,work enthusiasm and cooperation between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and technical assessment scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those of nursing staff in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management scores and performance assessment scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those of nursing staff in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction in the observation group with management was higher than that of nursing staff in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse event rate of nursing staff in the observation group was lower than that of nursing staff in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work motivation and cooperation scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those of nursing staff in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying performance management to TCM clinical care can improve nursing staff´s theoretical knowledge,professional skills mastery,management work quality,work motivation and cooperation,and enhance their nursing work efficiency and performance,which is worthy of clinical use.
