精细化管理在提升疫苗管理及接种服务中的应用

Application of Refined Management in Improving Vaccine Management and Vaccination Services

目的探讨通过精细化管理在疾病预防控制中心以及接种门诊接种服务中的应用效果。方法2021年10月—2022年10月为实施后,此阶段柳州市柳东新区疾病预防控制中心采取疫苗精细化管理,医务人员10名;2020年9月—2021年9月为实施前,此阶段采取传统管理,医务人员10名。对比实施前后疫苗管理人员的工作效率、疫苗出入库全程追溯情况以及接种门诊接种效率满意度。结果和实施前相比,实施后的疫苗出入库时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后的疫苗出入库差错率更低,实施后的疫苗出入库扫码率更高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和实施前相对比,实施后的服务态度满意度、流程满意度、总体评价满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论把精细化管理应用到疾病预防控制中心、接种门诊中,不仅减轻了疫苗管理人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率,还提高了受种者的总体满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and vaccination outpatient services.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,after the implementation,the Liuzhou Liudong New District Disease Control and Prevention Center adopted refined vaccine management,with 10 medical staff;from September 2020 to September 2021,before implementation,traditional management was adopted for this stage,with 10 medical personnel.Compare the work efficiency of vaccine management personnel before and after implementation,the full traceability of vaccine entry and exit,and the satisfaction with vaccination efficiency in outpatient clinics.Results Compared with before implementation,the entry and exit time of vaccines after implementation was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of entry and exit of vaccines after implementation was lower,the scanning rate of entry and exit of vaccines after implementation was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with before implementation,the service attitude satisfaction,process satisfaction,and overall evaluation satisfaction after implementation are higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying refined management to disease prevention and control centers and vaccination clinics not only reduces the workload of vaccine management personnel,improves work efficiency,but also improves the overall satisfaction of recipients.
