团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用对护理质量的提升探讨

Exploring the Application of Team Management Model in Emergency Care Management for the Improvement of Nursing Quality

目的探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用对护理质量的提升。方法选取2021年5月—2023年4月郴州市第一人民医院54名护理人员为研究对象,随机分为两组,各27名,对照组采用常规的管理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采取团队管理模式,对比两组的护理质量、护理文书合格率、护理纠纷率及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果干预后,观察组的基础护理、技能操作、消毒隔离以及工作态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理文书合格率及护理纠纷率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员在急诊护理管理中开展团队管理模式,利于护理人员对急救知识、相关操作等的掌握,可提高护理人员对团队管理模式的满意度,降低护理纠纷率,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the application of team management model in emergency nursing management on the improvement of nursing quality.Methods 54 nurses from the First People´s Hospital of Chenzhou City from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,27 nurses in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the team management mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing quality,the qualification rate of nursing documents,the rate of nursing disputes,and the satisfaction of nurses with the management mode of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher scores in basic nursing,skill operation,disinfection and isolation,and work attitude than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nursing documents and nursing dispute rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Developing a team management model for nursing staff in emergency nursing management is beneficial for them to master first aid knowledge,related operations,etc.It can improve their satisfaction with the team management model,reduce nursing dispute rates,and improve nursing quality.
