信息化技术在医疗废物处理监管中的应用与探索

Application and Exploration of Informatization Technology in Medical Waste Treatment Supervision

医疗废物的特殊性决定了其处理及管理的重要性,在医疗废物的收集、登记、转移、处理等多环节中任何一步出现问题均可能导致医疗风险事件等严重后果;因此,做好医疗废物的处理和监管是保护生态环境的重要环节,也是我国公共卫生及医疗机构监管的重要内容。信息化使医疗废物处理及监督管理工作更加规范化,使处理、监管从独立个体变成有机结合的整体,解决了每个环节人为操作性,使处理、监管更客观、安全,可以更好地适应社会发展的需求。本文对此信息化在我国医疗废物处理及监督管理中的应用现状及价值进行分析,总结和探讨。

The special nature of medical waste also determines the importance of its treatment and management,in the collection,registration,transfer,treatment and other aspects of medical waste in any step of the problem may lead to medical risk events and other serious consequences.Therefore,the proper treatment and supervision of medical waste is an important part of the protection of the ecological environment and an important part of the supervision of public health and medical institutions in China,which should be given great attention by the relevant departments.Informatization technology makes medical waste treatment and supervision and management more standardized,so that treatment and supervision from independent individuals into an organic combination of the whole,to solve each link artificial operability,so that treatment and supervision more objective,safe,can better adapt to the needs of social development.In this paper,the application status and value of information technology in the treatment and supervision of medical waste in China are analyzed,summarized and discussed.
