针灸推拿学教学中情景启发式教学的实施效果分析

摘要 目的探讨情景启发式教学的实施价值,评估该教学方式对针灸推拿学教学的作用。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院的42名实习生为对照组,实施传统教学方法;选取2021年12月—2022年11月42名实习生为研究组,实施情景启发式教学。对比两组教学效果。结果研究组教学成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对教学方法的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景启发式教学可以帮助实习生提升教学成绩,且实习生对该教学措施的满意度较高,对后续临床工作具有积极意义。 Objective To explore the implementation value of situational heuristic teaching and evaluate the effect of this teaching method on acupuncture and massage teaching.Methods 42 interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the control group,and implement traditional teaching methods;42 interns from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research group to implement situational heuristic teaching.Compared the teaching effects of two groups.Results The teaching performance score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching methods in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational heuristic teaching can help interns improve their teaching performance,and interns have a high degree of satisfaction with this teaching measure,which has a positive significance for subsequent clinical work.
