Exploration and Reflection on the Refined Management of Basic Public Health Service Projects

全面推行公共卫生服务是我国发展的必然要求,但在实施过程中,因受当地及现实条件的制约,出现了诸多问题。本文针对基层医疗卫生工作现状,分析了目前存在的问题,并提出了一些解决办法。目的在于更真实地反映出医疗工作中遇到的实际问题,并对具体工作进行建设性的探讨与精细化管理,从而促进我国医疗卫生事业的顺利实施与发展。

The comprehensive implementation of public health services is an inevitable requirement for China´s development,but during the implementation process,many problems have arisen due to local and practical conditions.This article analyzes the current problems in grassroots medical and health work,and proposes some solutions.The purpose is to more realistically reflect the actual problems encountered in medical work,and to conduct constructive discussions and refined management of specific work,in order to promote the smooth implementation and development of China´s medical and health industry.
