护士分层分组管理模式应用在外科病房护理管理中的价值

Value of Nurse Hierarchical Grouping Management Mode in the NursingManagement of Surgical Ward

目的评价外科病房护理管理中采用护士分层分组管理模式的有效性。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月滕州市第一人民医院外科病房护士16名为研究对象,根据硬币法分为两组,每组8名。对照组施行常规管理模式,观察组施行护士分层分组管理模式,将两组护士病房管理效果开展对比。结果观察组基础护理(93.23±2.42)分、重症护理(93.14±1.85)分、健康教育(94.05±2.02)分与文件书写(91.42±2.55)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病情观察能力(92.12±2.63)分、病情变化预见能力(92.42±2.52)分、应急处理能力(93.25±2.06)分、专科操作能力(94.52±1.23)分、急救配合能力(92.42±2.33)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外科病房护理管理应用护士分层分组管理模式的效果突出,可以提高科室护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nurse hierarchical grouping management mode in surgical ward nursing management.Methods Sixteen nurses in the surgical ward of Tengzhou First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to coin method,with 8 nurses in each group.The control group implemented the conventional management mode,and the observation group implemented the stratified group management mode,and compared the effect of nurses'ward management between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing(93.23±2.42)points,critical care(93.14±1.85)points,health educa-tion(94.05±2.02)points and document writing(91.42±2.55)points in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation ability(92.12±2.63)points,predic-tion ability(92.42±2.52)points,emergency treatment ability(93.25±2.06)points,specialist operation ability(94.52±1.23)points and first-aid cooperation ability(92.42±2.33)points of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management satisfaction of observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse hierarchical grouping management mode in surgical ward nursing management has outstanding effect,which can improve the nursing quality of the department.
