急诊病情报告卡在急诊分诊中的应用研究

目的探讨急诊分诊工作中应用急诊报告卡的价值和意义。方法选择2021年3月—2023年3月广东省中医院急诊科的20名护士为研究对象,按照急诊分诊模式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各10名。对照组采用常规分诊模式分诊,观察组采用急诊病情报告卡分诊。对比两组分诊时间、工作质量和患者满意度。结果观察组分诊时间为(63.77±13.25)s短于对照组的(84.60±19.07)s,差异有统计学意义(t=2.837,P=0.011)。观察组的工作效率、责任感、准确性以及沟通配合得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组急诊就诊次序、信息沟通、就诊优先性以及就诊准确性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊分诊工作中应用急诊病情报告卡能够缩短分诊时间,改善护士的工作质量,提高患者满意度,是一种可行且必要的分诊模式。

Objective To explore the value and significance of emergency report card application in emergency triage.Methods Twenty nurses from the Emergency Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different emergency triage modes,with 10 nurses in each group.The control group used conventional triage mode for triage,while the observation group used emergency condition report cards for triage.Compared the two groups'triage time,work quality,and patient satisfaction.Results The diagnosis time of the observation group was(63.77±13.25)s,which was shorter than that of the control group(84.60±19.07)s,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(t=2.837,P=0.011).The work efficiency,sense of responsibility,accuracy,and communication and cooperation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores for emergency treatment or-der,information communication,priority of treatment,and accuracy of treatment compared to the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency condition report cards in emergency triage work can shorten triage time,improve nurses'work quality,and increase patient satisfaction.It is a feasible and necessary triage mode.
