摘要
目的研究柔性管理在骨科护士职业压力中的应用价值。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月湖南省康复医院骨科护士14名作为研究对象,于2022年3—9月对护士实施常规管理措施(对照组);于2022年10月—2023年3月实施柔性管理(研究组)。对比两种管理模式下护士的职业倦怠情况、工作压力源情况、压力应对方式、工作积极性以及对管理措施的满意度。结果研究组职业倦怠情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作压力源各指标水平评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组压力应对方式优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作积极性各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组对管理措施的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柔性管理可以提升护士管理满意度,降低其工作压力,帮助其积极应对,提升工作积极性,缓解职业倦怠,实施价值高。
Objective To study the application value of flexible management in occupational stress on orthopedic nurses.Methods 14 orthopedic nurses from March 2022 to March 2023 in Rehabilitation hospital of Hunan Province were selected as the study subjects,and routine management measures were implemented for nurses from March to September 2022(control group);implement flexible management from October 2022 to March 2023(study group).Compared the occupational burnout,work stressors,stress response methods,work motivation,and satisfaction with management measures of employees under two management modes.Results The study group had better job burnout than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of various indicators of work stressors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the stress coping style of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of various indicators of work enthusiasm in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in satisfaction with management measures between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Flexible management can improve nurses'management satisfaction,reduce their work pressure,help them cope positively,en-hance their work enthusiasm,alleviate job burnout,and have high implementation value.
