微视频辅助神经影像教学在神经病学临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探索微视频辅助神经影像教学在神经病学临床教学中的应用。方法选取2021年3—4月南京大学医学院2017级临床医学专业学生(43名)作为对照组,2022年5—6月南京大学医学院2018级临床医学专业学生(40名)作为研究组。对照组采用教师讲述联合PPT的形式,研究组的教学过程同对照组,在课堂PPT演示过程中加入微视频辅助的神经影像教学。比较两组当堂测验反馈成绩、见习前闭卷考试成绩、影像读片实测成绩及满意度。结果研究组反映即时教学效果的当堂测反馈成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组反映延迟学习效果的见习前闭卷考试成绩以及影像学实测成绩均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习兴趣,课堂教学总体效果评价,学生对课程的喜爱程度的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微视频辅助影像教学提高了学生对于神经病学课堂内容的掌握,以及对教学的满意度,调动了学生的学习主动性和积极性,证实微视频辅助神经影像教学是提高神经病学教学质量的有效手段。 Objective To explore the application of micro-video assisted neuroimage teaching in neurology clinical teaching.Methods 43 clinical medical students of grade 2017 in School of Medicine of Nanjing University from March to April 2021 were selected as the control group,and 40 clinical medical students of grade 2018 in School of Medicine of Nanjing University from May to June 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group took the form of teacher's joint PPT presentation.The teaching process of the study group was the same as that of the control group,and micro-video-assisted neuroimage teaching was added in the class PPT presentation.The results of class-room test feedback,pre-internship closed book test,video reading test and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The feedback scores reflecting the immediate teaching effect in the study group were significantly bet-ter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pre-probation closed book examination and imaging test reflecting the effect of delayed learning in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in terms of learning interest,overall effect evaluation of classroom teaching and students'fondness for courses in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Micro-video-assisted video teaching improves students'mastery of neurology classroom content,their satisfac-tion with teaching,and arouses students'learning initiative and enthusiasm,which proves that micro-video-assisted neuroimage teaching is an effective means to improve the quality of neurology teaching.
