基于奥苏贝尔动机理论的健康教育方法测评问卷的编制

摘要 目的研制科学、客观及实用的临床护理人员健康教育方法测评问卷,为评价护理人员的健康教育方法及为护理管理者建立护理人员的健康教育方案提供参考依据。方法基于理论分析、文献回顾及小组讨论设置问卷具体条目,选择本研究领域相关12位专家对问卷进行两轮德尔菲咨询;采用便利抽样法选择某三级甲等医院符合资质的临床护理人员进行预调查及信效度检验。通过理论分析、文献探索和小组讨论,并选择12位与本研究领域相关的护理专家,运用两轮德尔菲咨询方式,设置问卷条目,从三级甲等医院中选择满足要求的临床护理人员,进行预调查及信效度检验。结果两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为100.0%、91.7%;专家权威系数分别为0.87、0.88;两轮咨询条目变异系数为0.00~0.36、0.00~0.18;肯德尔和谐系数为0.245、0.469(P<0.001)。最终构建出涵盖3个主题、24项具体内容的临床护理人员健康教育方式的测试问卷。该问卷的效度指标达到0.932,Cronbach'sα系数达到0.798。结论编制具有一定科学性的临床护理人员健康教育方法测评问卷,可帮助护理管理者衡量和改进护理人员健康教育工作,促进护理团队更好地设计和执行健康教育计划。 Objective To develop a scientific,objective and practical health education methodology assessment ques-tionnaire for clinical nursing staff to provide a reference basis for evaluating nursing staff's health education methodol-ogy and for nursing managers to establish health education programs for nursing staff.Methods Based on theoretical analysis,literature review,and group discussion,the questionnaire was developed and two rounds of Delphi consulta-tion were conducted with 12 experts in the study area.A convenience sampling method was used to select qualified clinical nursing staff of a tertiary care hospital for pre-survey and reliability testing.Through theoretical analysis,lit-erature exploration,and group discussion,12 nursing experts related to this study area were selected,and two rounds of Delphi consultation were used to set the questionnaire entries and select qualified clinical nursing staff from a ter-tiary care hospital for pre-survey and reliability testing.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 100.0%and 91.7%,respectively;the authority coefficients of experts were 0.87 and 0.88,respec-tively;the coefficients of variation of entries in the two rounds of consultation were 0.00-0.36 and 0.00-0.18,respec-tively;and the Kendall harmonization coefficients were 0.245 and 0.469(P<0.001).The final questionnaire was con-structed to test the health education style of clinical nursing staff covering 3 topics and 24 specific items.The validity index of this questionnaire reached 0.932 and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient reached 0.798.Conclusion The question- naire for measuring health education methodology of clinical nursing staff with some scientific validity was developed,which can help nursing managers to measure and improve health education of nursing staff and promote better design and implementation of health education programs by nursing teams.
