信息追溯系统中同步数码器械图片在降低手供器械交接缺陷率中的作用

The Role of Synchronized Digital Instrument Pictures in Information Traceability System in Reducing the Defect Rate of Hand-supplied Instru⁃ment Handover

摘要 目的研究分析信息追溯系统中数码器械照片在降低手术室、供应室器械交接缺陷率中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月黑龙江省医院手术室、供应室器械交接的200个器械包为对照组,同时纳入管理人员45名。另取2020年3月—2021年3月本院手术室、供应室交接过程中的200个器械包为观察组,同时纳入管理人员45名,全组采用信息追溯系统中同步数码器械照片,分对比两组手术室、供应室器械交接缺陷情况、大包、中包、小包的打包时间以及交接时间、各组管理人员对交接方式的满意度。结果观察组手术室、供应室器械交接缺陷率发生率1.50%显著低于对照组的4.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大包、中包以及小包的打包时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大包、中包、小包的交接时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理人员对交接方式的满意度为97.78%(44/45)显著高于对照组的78.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息追溯系统中同步数码器械照片更具体、清晰以及更好辨认,从而有效降低手术室、供应室交接缺陷发生的风险,在打包与交接环节节省了更多的时间,提高了工作人员的工作效率,降低了工作负荷,同时提升了手术器械的清洗与灭菌合格率。 Objective To study and analyze the effect of digital instrument pictures in the information traceability sys-tem in reducing the defective rate of instrument handover in operating rooms and supply rooms.Methods A control group consisted of 200 instrument packages handed over to the operating and supply rooms of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,with 45 management personnel included.Another 200 instrument packages from the handover process of the operating room and supply room of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 45 management personnel were included.The entire group used syn-chronized digital instrument photos in the information traceability system to compare the defect situation of instrument handover in the operating room and supply room,the packaging time and handover time of large,medium,and small packages,and the satisfaction of management personnel in each group with the handover method.Results The inci-dence rate of instrument handover defects in the operating room and supply room of the observation group was 1.50%,which was significantly lower than 4.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The packaging time of the observation group for large,medium,and small packages was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The handover time of large,medium,and small bags in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the management personnel in the observation group with the handover method was 97.78%(44/45),which was significantly higher than 78.78%(35/45)in the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The synchronization of digital device photos in the information traceability system is more specific,clear,and recognizable,effectively reducing the risk of defects in the handover between the operating room and supply room.This saves more time in the packaging and handover process,improves the work effi-ciency of staff,reduces work load,and improves the cleaning and sterilization qualification rate of surgical instru-ments.
