随着《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的颁布实施,我国职业卫生管理工作逐渐受到了社会各界的重视。由于职业病病因比较多,发病周期长,具有隐匿性等特征,因此,对高危职业人群进行职业健康的监督和控制具有重要的意义。但是,在这一过程中,也存在很多问题。本文就职业卫生管理中存在的问题及解决对策展开分析,以供参考。

With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases,the management of occupational health in China has gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Due to the multiple causes,long onset cycles,and hidden characteristics of occupational dis-eases,it is of great significance to supervise and control occupational health among high-risk occupational groups.However,there are also many problems in this process.This article analyzes the problems and solutions in occupa-tional health management for reference.
