结核病门诊与住院整合支付实践研究——以河北省保定市为例

Study on the Practice of Tuberculosis Outpatient and Inpatient Bundled Payment--Taking Baoding City of Hebei Province as an Example

本研究通过对保定市探索的结核病区域总额预算、“门诊+住院”全过程规范诊疗按人头定额整合支付办法、基于考核结果的“结余留用、超支分担”约束激励机制等经验的总结梳理,为结核病支付方式改革激发内生动力,为推进多元复合式医保支付方式改革提供可借鉴的经验做法。

This study summarizes the experience of tuberculosis regional total budget,the"outpatient plus inpatient"whole process standardized diagnosis and treatment bundled payment method per capita,and the constraint-incentive mechanism of"balance retention,overspending sharing"based on the assessment results in Baoding City,so as to stimulate endogenous power for the reform of tuberculosis payment method,and provide experience and practice for promoting the reform of diversified and compound medical insurance payment methods.
