摘要
目的探讨多模式教学在妇产科实验教学中的应用效果。方法按教学方式的不同将100名临床医学专业本科学生分为试验组与对照组,授课老师与教学内容相同,试验组用多模式教学方法,对照组用传统教学法。教学结束后通过技能考核、问卷调查等方式,比较2组学生成绩及教学满意度,以评价2种教学方法的教学效果。结果试验组学生的单项基本技能考核成绩、综合技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在巩固理论知识、培养自学能力、训练临床思维、训练沟通交流、增强职业道德、密切师生关系等方面,试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多模式教学应用于妇产科学实验教学中,可提高学生的学习兴趣和操作技能,有利于培养学生临床思维、自学能力等。
Objectives To explore the application effect of multi-modal teaching method in the experimental teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,and to summarize the experience.Methods Divide 100 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine were divided into an experimental group(EG)and a control group(CG)according to different teaching methods.Under the condition of the same teachers and teaching contents,the experimental group adopted the multi-modal teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After courses,the students'performance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups by means of skills assessment and questionnaires,and the teaching effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results The students in the experimental group had better performance in practical assessment and comprehensive skills assessment than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspects of consolidating theoretical knowledge,cultivating self-study ability,training clinical thinking,improving communicative ability,enhancing professional ethics,and strengthening the relationship between teachers and students,the number of satisfied students in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-modal teaching method to the experimental teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve students'interest in learning and operation skills,help to cultivate students'clinical thinking and self-study ability,etc,and effectively improve the teaching effects of experimental teaching.
