摘要
目的探究荧光引导技术结合多模态影像神经导航在脑胶质瘤中的应用效果。方法选择2018年10月至2020年8月收治的121例脑胶质瘤患者,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(60例,传统显微外科肿瘤切除术)和观察组(61例,荧光引导技术结合多模态影像神经导航下脑胶质瘤切除术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的肿瘤全切率高于对照组,神经功能缺失占比低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,两组的精氨酸加压素(AVP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平低于治疗前,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2年,两组的肿瘤复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3年,观察组的肿瘤复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论荧光引导技术结合多模态影像神经导航在脑胶质瘤中具有良好的应用效果。
Objective To investigate the application effect of fluorescence guidance technology combined with multimodal image neuronavigation in brain glioma.Methods A total of 121 patients with brain glioma admitted from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,traditional microsurgical tumor resection)and observation group(61 cases,fluorescence guidance technology combined with multimodal image neuronavigation brain glioma resection)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total tumor resection rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the proportion of neurological deficits was lower than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the levels of arginine vasopressin(AVP)andβ-endorphin(β-EP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 years after treatment,there was no significant difference in tumor recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05);at 3 years after treatment,the tumor recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluorescence guidance technology combined with multimodal image neuronavigation has a good application effect in brain glioma.
