左归疏肝汤配合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者排卵率、妊娠率的影响

Effects of Zuogui Shugan decoction combined with clomifene citrate tablets on ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

目的探讨左归疏肝汤配合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者排卵率、妊娠率的影响。方法纳入我院2020年5月至2021年5月收治的100例PCOS不孕症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=50,枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗)和试验组(n=50,左归疏肝汤配合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均显著改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平、优势卵泡直径、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的优势卵泡发育率、排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左归疏肝汤配合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗PCOS不孕症的效果显著,可通过改善患者内分泌、胰岛素抵抗和卵巢功能来提高排卵率和妊娠率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Zuogui Shugan decoction combined with clomifene citrate tablets on ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods A total of 100 patients with PCOS infertility admitted in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were included as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50,clomifene citrate tablets treatment)and experimental group(n=50,Zuogui Shugan decoction combined with clomifene citrate tablets treatment)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in both groups significantly improved,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),anti-Mllerian hermone(AMH)levels,dominant follicle diameter,resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)in both groups improved,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The dominant follicle development rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuogui Shugan decoction combined with clomifene citrate tablets has a remarkable effect in the treatment of PCOS infertility,it can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate by improving the endocrine,insulin resistance and ovarian function of patients,which is worth promoting.
