雷火灸结合中医情志干预对老年冠心病患者血液流变学指标、心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on hemorheology indexes, psychological state and sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨雷火灸结合中医情志干预对老年冠心病患者血液流变学指标、心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2021年3月至9月收治的120例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用雷火灸结合中医情志干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的心血管不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸结合中医情志干预可调节老年冠心病患者血液流变学指标,改善心理状态、睡眠质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on hemorheology indexes,psychological state and sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted from March to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascucar adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention can regulate the hemorheology indexes of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,improve psychological state and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
