流程化护理干预在眼科手术患者中的应用效果及对SAS、SDS评分的影响

Application effect of process nursing intervention in patients with ophthalmic surgery and its influences on SAS and SDS scores

目的探讨流程化护理干预在眼科手术患者中的应用效果及对焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月于本院接受眼科手术的118例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予流程化护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的手术流程、手术操作、护理配合评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率为96.61%,高于对照组的84.75%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率为5.08%,低于对照组的16.95%(P<0.05)。观察组的术后12、24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,恢复自理能力时间、住院时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程化护理干预可有效提升眼科手术患者的认知水平,降低SAS、SDS评分,促进干预依从性有效提升,降低不良事件发生率,从而提升术后康复效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of process nursing intervention in patients with ophthalmic surgery and its influences on Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores.Methods A total of 118 patients received ophthalmic surgery in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given process nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of surgical procedure,surgical operation and nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 96.61%,which was higher than 84.75%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.08%,which was lower than 16.95%in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score at 12 and 24 h after surgery of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the time to restore self-care ability and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Process nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognitive level of patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery,reduce SAS and SDS scores,promote the effective improvement of intervention compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and thus improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect.
