思维导图辅助的翻转课堂在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中的应用价值

Application value of mind mapping-assisted flipped classroom in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery

目的探讨思维导图辅助的翻转课堂在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取西安医学院2017级临床医学专业本科4个班60名见习学生作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各30名。试验组实施思维导图辅助的翻转课堂,对照组实施传统的临床实践教学。比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组的理论知识、实践操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的激发学习兴趣、增强主动学习能力、提高思辨能力、提升沟通交流能力、培养临床诊疗思维、思维导图制作及分析、有利于临床实践的掌握和运用以及本课程的实用性评估结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图辅助的翻转课堂应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的本科生临床教学中取得了良好的教学效果。

Objective To explore the application value of mind mapping-assisted flipped classroom in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 60 trainee students from 4 classes of 2017 clinical medicine major in Xi'an Medical University were selected as the research objects,and the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group implemented mind mapping-assisted flipped classroom,and the control group implemented traditional clinical practice teaching.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The examination results of theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation results of stimulating learning interest,enhancing active learning ability,improving critical thinking ability,improving communication ability,cultivating clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking,making and analyzing mind mapping,facilitating the mastery and application of clinical practice and the practicability of this course in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind mapping-assisted flipped classroom has achieved good teaching results in the clinical teaching of undergraduates in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
