摘要 目的通过职称满意度调查,对医院卫生技术人员职称量化评分体系设计进行探讨,试图建立科学、合理、公平的卫生技术人员职称评分体系,以此搭建科学有效的激励机制,促进医院持续发展。方法2023年4月采用网络问卷调查方法,分析医院卫生专业技术人员职称晋升满意度,并对可能影响卫生专业技术人员职称晋升满意度的相关因素进行分析。结果共收集有效问卷313份,参与问卷人员对专业技术职务晋升满意度仅为15%,职称晋升满意度普遍较低,其中临床医技和护理岗位的卫生专业技术人员职称晋升满意度更低,学历、科研指标是影响专业技术职务聘任满意度的主要因素。结论职称量化评价时应打破“唯科研、学历论”的倾向,融入教学和临床评价指标体系,分级分类赋予职称量化评价指标权重,允许卫生专业技术人员根据自身情况和特长选择职业路径,人尽其才。 Objective To explore the design of the quantitative scoring system of hospital health technical staff's professional title through the satisfaction survey of professional title,and try to establish a scientific,reasonable and fair evaluation and scoring system of health technical staff's professional title,so as to build a scientific and effective incentive mechanism and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.Methods In April 2023,an online questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the satisfaction of hospital health professional and technical personnel with job title promotion,and to analyze the relevant factors that may affect the satisfaction of health professional and technical personnel with job title promotion.Results A total of 313 valid questionnaires were collected,and the satisfaction rate of participants with professional and technical position promotion was only 15%.The satisfaction rate with professional title promotion was generally low,among which health professional and technical personnel in clinical medical technology and nursing positions had lower satisfaction with professional title promotion.Education and scientific research indicators were the main factors affecting the satisfaction rate of professional and technical position appointment.Conclusion The quantitative evaluation of professional title should break the tendency of only scientific research and academic experience,integrate into teaching and clinical evaluation index system,assign weight to quantitative evaluation index of professional title,and allow health professionals to choose career path according to their own conditions and specialties,and make full use of their talents.
