实习护生对预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知信行调查

摘要 目的调查实习护生对预防导尿管相关尿路感染(catheter-associated urinary tract infections,CAUTI)的知信行现状,为实习护生培养正确的CAUTI预防知识,使其产生正确的信念并采取恰当的行动提供可借鉴的理论依据。方法选取福州市某三甲医院2020年4月—2021年4月在临床实习的306名实习护生作为调查对象,采用姜文彬等编制的《导尿管相关尿路感染预防知信行量表》调查实习护生对CAUTI预防的知识、态度、行为现状并分析其影响因素。结果(1)实习护生在知识—留置导尿适应证(K1)维度得分率最低,仅73.90%;其次是知识—CAUTI预防策略(K2)维度,得分率为75.18%;态度(A)维度得分率为76.78%;行为(P)维度得分率最高,有79.07%。且各维度得分两两之间及与总分之间呈正相关(P<0.01)。(2)实习护生在知识—留置导尿适应证(K1)、知识—CAUTI预防策略(K2)、态度(A)及行为(P)维度中,学历、是否接受过CAUTI预防教育、是否需要接受CAUTI预防教育对其得分有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果显示实习护生CAUTI预防的知信行总分位于中等水平,初步反映了调查范围内实习护生CAUTI预防知信行仍有待提高。学校及医院等教育管理者应加强对这一现象的重视程度,及时改进教学方式、内容及深度等,从而改善实习护生CAUTI预防知信行不足的现状,降低CAUTI的发生率。 Objective To investigate the status quo of catheterassociated urinary tract infections(CAUTI)prevention among nursing students,and to cultivate correct CAUTI prevention knowledge for nursing students.Make them have the right belief and take the appropriate action to provide the theoretical basis for reference.Methods A total of 306 nursing students who were in clinical practice in a Top three hospital in Fuzhou from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the investigation objects.The knowledge,attitude and behavior of the nursing students on CAUTI prevention were investigated by using the knowledge and Practice Scale for urinary tract infection prevention compiled by Jiang Wenbin et al.,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results(1)The lowest score rate was 73.90%in the dimension of knowledge-retention catheter indication(K1),followed by 75.18%in the dimension of knowledge-Cauti prevention strategy(K2).The score rate of attitude(A)was 76.78%;Behavior(P)dimension has the highest score rate,79.07%.There was a positive correlation between the scores of each dimension and the total score(P<0.01).(2)In the dimensions of knowledge-indentation catheterization indication(K1),knowledge-CAUTI prevention strategy(K2),attitude(A)and behavior(P),academic background,whether they had received CAUTI prevention education and whether they needed to receive CAUTI prevention education had significant effects on their scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study show that the total score of CAUTI prevention knowledge and practice of student nursing students is at the medium level,which preliminarily reflects that the CAUTI prevention knowledge and practice of student nursing students still needs to be improved.Education administrators in schools and hospitals should pay more attention to this phenomenon and improve teaching methods,contents and depth in time,so as to improve the current situation of insufficient knowledge,faith and practice of CAUTI prevention among nursing interns and reduce the incidence of CAUTI.
