营养支持联合运动训练对血液透析患者衰弱状况的影响

The Effect of Nutritional Support Combined With Exercise Training on the Frailty Status of Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨营养支持联合运动训练对血液透析患者衰弱状况、生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年5月广西壮族自治区江滨医院的血液透析患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各45例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受营养支持和相关运动训练干预。比较两组患者的各项生活质量评分、日常生活活动能力评分(activities of daily living,ADL)、Tilburg衰弱量表评分(tilburg frailty indicator,TFI)、营养风险筛查评分(nutrition risk screening,NRS)、6min步行距离(6 min walking test,6-MWT)。结果干预后研究组各项生活质量评分、ADL评分、6-MWT明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TFI评分、NRS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持联合运动训练能有效改善血液透析患者的衰弱症状,提高患者的生活质量、运动耐力和自理能力,降低患者的营养风险。

Objective To study the effect of nutritional support combined with exercise training on the frailty and quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the research group received nutritional support and related exercise training interventions on the basis of the control group.The quality of life scores,activities of daily living(ADL)scores,and tilburg frailty scale scores of the two groups of patients were compared indicator(TFI),nutrition risk screening(NRS),6-minute walking test(6-MWT).Results After intervention,the quality of life scores,ADL scores,and 6-MWT of pa tients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while TFI scores and NRS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nutritional support and exercise training has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the frailty symptoms of hemodialysis patients,improve their quality of life,exercise endurance,and self-care ability,and reduce the nutritional risk of hemodialysis patients.
