摘要 本文介绍了装配式建筑电气快装管线技术,不仅将接线盒与管线融为一体,不需要穿线,减少工序步骤,大幅提升装配式施工的速度,降低施工成本,而且能确保机械保护强度、阻燃防护和电气线路的连续导通等电气安全、耐火耐热性能。既解决了施工的快速便捷性,又确保了施工人员的安全和电气连接的可靠性。产品可以二次回收利用,绿色节能,对建筑行业碳中和起到重要作用。 The electrical quick installation pipeline technology of prefabricated building not only integrates the junction box with the pipeline without threading,which reduces the process steps,greatly increases the construction speed and decreases construction costs,but also ensures the electrical safety,fire resistance and heat resistance such as mechanical protection strength,flame retardant protection and continuous conduction of electrical lines.It not only solves the problems of fast and convenient construction,but also ensures the safety of the construction personnel and the reliability of the electrical connection.The products prove to be recyclable,green and energy saving,so as to play an important role in carbon neutrality of the building industry.
