预制梁架设施工技术的研究与应用——以济宁市内环高架项目为例

摘要 以济宁内环高架项目的施工过程为例,通过对关键技术深入分析,针对该项目的高架箱梁吊装受限特点,阐述了城市复杂交通环境中预制梁的吊装技术,重点分析吊装顺序、吊装方法。详细分析采用双机锁定的创新技术,桁架上方设置天车,实现吊装物的精准就位。为后续类似工程提供了宝贵经验,在后续类似城市高架箱梁吊装中能起到参考作用。 Taking the construction process of Jining inner ring viaduct project as an example,through in-depth analysis of key technologies,aiming at the limited characteristics of the project's viaduct box girder hoisting,expounded the hoisting technology of prefabricated girder in the complex urban traffic environment,focusing on the analysis of hoisting sequence and hoisting method.Detailed analysis adopts the innovative technology of doubleengine locking,and the crane is set above the truss to realize the accurate placement of lifting objects.It provides valuable experience for the followup similar projects and can play a reference role in the follow-up similar urban overhead box girder hoisting.
