北京城市副中心慢行系统提升思路探讨

Discussion on the Improvement of Slow Traffic System in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center

慢行系统是北京城市副中心交通系统的重要组成部分,对于城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。从“水域空间、绿色空间、文化格局、重点组团”4个方面论述了北京城市副中心的特点及其核心资源,并分析了慢行系统使用人群的特征;围绕北京城市副中心的慢行规划和现状基础梳理了提升策略,从“基本要求、绿化景观、设备设施、标志标识”4个层面提出了具体改善措施,以期为其他城市的慢行系统提升工作提供参考。

Wu Pengzhi;Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design&Research Institute Co.,Ltd.;The slow traffic system is an important component in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center,which is of great significance for the urban sustainable development.The characteristics and core resources of the center are discussed from four aspects of“water space,green space,cultural pattern,key clusters”in this paper.The characteristics of slow traffic users are analyzed;Based on the slow traffic planning and current situation,specific improvement measures are proposed from“basic requirements,green landscape,equipment and facilities and signage”to provide reference for the improvement of slow traffic systems in other cities.
