摘要
鉴于隧道火灾、洪灾频发,危害重大,对既有隧道防灾抗灾能力的提升改造刻不容缓。隧道防灾抗灾能力主要指消防、防洪排涝及抗震能力,对于既有隧道防灾抗灾能力提升改造则主要是针对消防及防洪排涝能力。结合苏州某下穿湖泊隧道消防系统和防洪排涝系统提升改造的实际情况,就具体问题进行论述。消防系统改造主要是增加泡沫-水喷雾灭火系统,并对改造过程中存在的突出问题及解决方案进行了深入的分析,提出了契合实际的解决方案。防洪排涝系统改造主要是利用现有的雨水泵房条件提升雨洪排放能力,并对改造过程中面临的困难及解决方案进行了分析探讨,开创性地提出了对雨水集水坑容积的梯级利用,以实现提升抗洪重现期的目的。改造的实践经验也可指导新建工程的设计。
Because of the great hazards caused by the frequent occurrence of fires and floods,it is urgent to improve the capability of disaster prevention and resilience for existing tunnels.The capability of disaster prevention and resilience of tunnels mainly refers to fire protection,flooding prevention and drainage and seismic capacity.The first two items are mainly for the existing tunnels.Based on the actual situations of an existing tunnel underpass a lake in Suzhou,the improvement of fire protection system and flooding prevention and drainage system were analyzed.Adding foam-water spray extinguishing system was the main upgrading content.The outstanding problems and solutions were analyzed in depth during the improving process to propose practical solutions.The upgrading was improving the storm discharging capacity by the existing rainwater pump room.The difficulties and solutions were analyzed and discussed.Step utilization of rainwater collection tank volume was proposed to improve recurrence interval for flood fighting.Experience of the upgrading can guide the design of new construction projects.
