具有免疫调节功能的鼠李糖乳杆菌LV108对大鼠粪便菌群及其代谢物的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用鼠李糖乳杆菌LV108干预由环磷酰胺建立的免疫低下模型大鼠,研究其对免疫低下大鼠的免疫调节作用,并探究其对大鼠粪便菌群及其代谢物的影响。结果表明,环磷酰胺建立的免疫低下模型大鼠血清中白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)及溶血素的水平以及吞噬指数和廓清指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),脾淋巴细胞的增殖也显著降低(P<0.05);鼠李糖乳杆菌LV108的干预显著提高了免疫低下大鼠血清中TNF-α、总IgG及溶血素的水平和廓清指数(P<0.05),并显著促进了脾淋巴细胞的增殖(P<0.05);环磷酰胺显著降低了大鼠粪便中乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),并显著提高了肠杆菌和肠球菌的数量(P<0.05),粪便中的丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、丁酸、琥珀酸、肌酸、β-葡萄糖和α-葡萄糖的含量均低于对照组;而鼠李糖乳杆菌LV108的干预使得大鼠粪便中乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量显著升高(P<0.05),并显著降低了肠杆菌和肠球菌的数量(P<0.05);同时,增加了大鼠粪便中丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸、N-乙酰糖蛋白和β-葡萄糖的含量。具有免疫调节功能的鼠李糖乳杆菌LV108能够改善大鼠肠道中的乳杆菌和双歧杆菌数量及氨基酸和糖类等代谢物。 Probiotics have important physiological functions such as improving immunity and regulating intestinal flora.Lactobacillus rhamnosus LV108 was used to intervene the immunocompromised rats model established by cyclophosphamide,to study its immunomodulatory effects on the immunocompromised rats,and to investigate its influence on the fecal flora and its metabolites of rats.The results showed that cyclophosphamide significantly reduced the serum levels of Interleukin-2(IL-2),Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α),Immunoglobulin A(IgA),Immunoglobulin G(IgG),hemolysin,phagocytic index and silhouette index(P<0.05),and significantly inhibited the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes(P<0.05);the intervention of L.rhamnosus LV108 significantly increased the serum levels of TNF-α,IgG and hemolysin and silhouette index(P<0.05).L.rhamnosus LV108 significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,IgG and haemolysin in serum and the contouring index(P<0.05)and significantly promoted the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes(P<0.05);the number of Lactobacillus spp.and Bifidobacterium spp.in the faeces of rats under immunization with cyclophosphamide intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the number of Enterobacter spp.and Enterococcus spp.were significantly increased(P<0.05).L.rhamnosus LV108 significantly increased the fecal number of Lactobacillus spp.and Bifidobacterium spp.(P<0.05)and significantly decreased the fecal number of Enterobacter spp.and Enterococcus spp.(P<0.05);it also increased the faecal levels of alanine,isoleucine,lysine,N-acetyl glycoprotein andβ-glucose.Lactobacillus rhamnosus LV108 enhanced the immune capacity of immunocompromised rats by improving the number of Lactobacillus spp.and bifidobacterium spp.and metabolites such as amino acids and sugars in the intestinal tract.
