植物乳杆菌HCS03-001对龋病防治作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 牛津杯法检测植物乳杆菌HCS03-001发酵上清液体外抑菌效果。构建大鼠龋病模型,通过用蒸馏水、洗必泰、实验菌株上清液和菌悬液分别处理大鼠口腔,检测变异链球菌水平、Keyes记分值和龋齿降低率,评价不同处理方法对大鼠口腔内变异链球菌繁殖情况的影响及对龋病发生的抑制作用。结果表明:HCS03-001发酵上清液对致龋菌变异链球菌抑制效果明显,抑菌圈直径可达25.97 mm。与蒸馏水组对比,各实验组大鼠口腔内变异链球菌的水平均有不同程度降低,对大鼠龋病的发生与发展均表现出不同程度的抑制作用,其中该菌上清液和菌悬液对光滑面牙本质龋效果显著(龋齿降低率分别达到77.47%和87.36%)。因此,植物乳杆菌HCS03-001能够抑制大鼠口腔内变异链球菌的代谢繁殖,可有效防治大鼠磨牙龋病的发生与发展。 Antimicrobial effect of L.plantarum HCS03-001 fermentation supernatant against Streptococcus mutans was explored by Oxford cup method.The rats with artificial caries were administered with distilled water,Chlorhexidine,fermentation supernatant and fermentation broth respectively.S.mutans level,Keyes caries scores and caries reduction rate were used to evaluate the effects of fermentation supernatant and broth on S.mutans reproduction and the preventions of caries formation in the rats.Results show that the inhibitory effect of HCS03-001 fermentation supernatant on S.mutans is obvious,and the antimicrobial diameter is up to 25.97 mm.Compared with the distilled water group,other three experimental groups appear different reduction of S.mutans level in the oral cavity of rats,and all show different inhibitions on the formation and development of dental caries.Among the experiments,HCS03-001 fermentation supernatant and broth are both have obvious effects on smooth-surface dentine caries(the prevalence of caries is reduced by 77.47%and 87.36%,respectively).Therefore,L.plantarum HCS03-001 can inhibit S.mutans metabolism and reproduction in the rat’s oral,which effectively prevents the occurrence and development of molar caries in rats.
