预防接种水痘减毒活疫苗在水痘预防中的应用价值

The Application Value of Vaccination with Live Attenuated Varicella Vaccine in Varicella Prevention

目的分析探讨预防接种水痘减毒活疫苗在水痘预防中的应用价值。方法以2020.10—2022.11至我县某家预防接种门诊接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种的90例儿童为观察组,选取同期未接种疫苗的90例儿童为对照组,记录并对比组间水痘发生情况、不良反应及临床指标情况。结果经统计可见观察组内共计4例(4.44%)出现水痘,而对照组为21例(23.33%),发生率对比形成明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。经统计对比可见观察组不良反应发生率(4.44%)与对照组(5.56%)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论接种水痘减毒活疫苗可有效预防水痘的发生,安全性佳,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the application value of vaccination with live attenuated varicella vaccine in varicella prevention.Methods 90 children who received live attenuated varicella vaccine from a vacci⁃nation clinic in our county from October 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 90 children who did not receive the vaccine during the same period were selected as the control group.The incidence of varicella,adverse reactions,and clinical indicators between the groups were recorded and compared.Result According to statistics,a total of 4 cases(4.44%)in the observation group developed chickenpox,while the control group had 21 cases(23.33%),with a statistically significant difference in incidence(P<0.05).According to statisti⁃cal comparison,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(4.44%)and the control group(5.56%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Inoculating live attenuated varicella vaccine can effectively prevent the occurrence of varicella,has good safety,and is worth promoting.
