治理视域下职业院校辅导员专业化发展研究

Research on Professional Development of Counselors in Vocational Institutes from the Perspective of Governance

国家治理现代化不断推进,对于职业院校学生工作治理提出更高的要求。学生工作治理关键在于辅导员专业化发展。本文首先明确职业院校辅导员专业化发展的必要性,其次对职业院校辅导员专业化现状展开研究,最后从情感性赋能,学理性建构,团队化支持三方面探索治理视域下职业院校辅导员专业化发展路径。

With the continuous advancement of the modernization of national governance system,higher requirements are put forward for the work governance of vocational college students.The key to student work governance lies in the professional development of counselors.This paper first clarifies the necessity of professional development of vocational college counselors,then studies the current situation of professional development of vocational college counselors,and finally explores the professional development path of vocational college counselors from the perspective of governance from three aspects:emotional empowerment,academic rationality construction and team support.
