数字经济发展对职业教育人才培养模式的创新要求探析

Analysis on the Innovative Requirements of the Development of Digital Economy for the Training Mode of Vocational Education Talents

近年来,全球及国内数字经济的快速发展,在为我国经济发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也给作为劳动力供给侧的职业教育人才培养体系提出了迫在眉睫的改革要求。本文从数字经济发展对“数字人才”的供求现状分析进行切入,对数字人才应具备的能力素质进行了深层地分析,并在此基础上分析了现代职业教育的改革思路与创新方向。

In recent years,although the rapid development of global and domestic digital economy has contributed to China economic,it would put forward the urgent reform requirements to the vocational education talent cultivation system.From the analysis of the supply and demand of"digital talents"in the development of the digital economy,this paper makes a deep analysis of the ability and quality that digital talents should have,and on this basis analyzes the reform ideas and innovation direction of modern vocational education.
