仿德绒自发热阳/涤舞龙复合丝的研发

摘要 为增强企业竞争力,研发了仿德绒自发热阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶复合丝,对加工速度、拉伸倍数、变形温度、定形温度、超喂率等工艺条件进行了分析和调试,找到最优工艺参数及设备组成。结果表明:在加工速度为580~680 m/min、拉伸倍数为1.60~1.72、变形温度为160~180℃、定形温度为140~160℃、FR2A超喂率为2.0~5.0的工艺条件下,生产的复合丝色泽亮丽,颜色丰富,风格优雅,尺寸稳定性良好,能够满足高端客户的需求。 In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the simulated Dralon self-heating cationic dyeable polyester/polyester composite filaments were developed.The processing speed,drawing ratio,deformation temperature,setting temperature,overfeeding rate and other process conditions were analyzed and adjusted,and the optimal process parameters and equipment composition were found.The results show that:under the processing speed of 580~680 m/min,drawing ratio of 1.60~1.72,deformation temperature of 160~180℃,setting temperature of 140~160℃,FR2A overfeeding rate of 2.0~5.0,the composite filaments produced has bright color,rich color,elegant style and good dimensional stability,and can meet the needs of high-end customers.
